EDJ School of Jiu-Jitsu is a home for everyone. With multiple locations – including in Corona and Rancho Cucamonga – we have brought high-level Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu to people of all different backgrounds. Led by passionate leaders and coaches, students are led on a path of consistency. We make sure to provide clear, simple instruction to students that helps them grow in technique, attitude, and discipline. As students grow in the fundamentals, they go through our step-by-step progression system. History

EDJ School of Jiu-Jitsu was founded with a clear purpose: to create a better, more structured system for teaching Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. What began as a single academy in Corona quickly evolved into a proven methodology focused on long-term student development, instructor excellence, and sustainable academy growth.

Led by 4th-degree black belt Professor Juan Pablo Garcia, EDJ was built on the belief that Jiu-Jitsu is more than techniques – it’s a vehicle for developing discipline, leadership, and strong character. As the academy grew, so did the vision: expanding into multiple locations and establishing an association dedicated to helping both students and school owners succeed.

With over 30 years of training experience and more than 20 years dedicated to teaching, Professor Garcia has developed a system that produces results at every level. From complete beginners to world-class competitors, EDJ has helped shape champions at the World, Pan American, and European stages – while also building a network of successful instructors and academy owners.

Today, EDJ represents more than a team. It is a global community committed to building better athletes, coaches, leaders, and individuals – on and off the mat.
