UNDERSTANDING THE SCHEDULE

FUNDAMENTALS PROGRAM: This class is perfect for someone who is brand new to JIU JITSU or for those students who are still focusing on the basics, also very beneficial for more advanced students looking to perfect their technique or people who may be returning from a layoff.

ADVANCE PROGRAM: Advanced concepts for all ranks This class is the heart and soul of EDJ SCHOOL OF JIU JITSU! All-Levels environment allows the student to quickly learn from higher-ranked students and instructors.

SPARRING: Must be a 2-stripe white and above.

NO-GI: Must be a 2-stripe white and above. These classes focus on learning and applying the fundamentals of Jiu-Jitsu without the traditional GI/kimono.

COMPETITION CLASS:   Must be a 2 stripe white and above and be able to regularly commit to training with comp class at least 1x per week. 2hr high- intensity classes. Competing is not required.

PRIVATE LESSONS:
Experience personalized training with our certified instructors through our private lessons, tailored to suit individuals of all ages and ranks, including both academy members and visitors. The one-on-one session allows for a learning pace that suits you, making it a perfect choice to focus on fine-tuning your skills. Pricing varies based on the selected instructor and the duration of the lesson.

SMALL GROUP SESSIONS:
Discover the synergy of focused instruction and group dynamics with our small group sessions. Accommodating up to 4 students, these sessions foster a closer interaction with the instructor, offering a rich learning environment that bridges private lessons and academy classes. Enjoy in-depth explanations of techniques and hands-on guidance for specific scenarios.
